How do I choose the right bezel for my coin?

Click “Coin Bezels” in the navigation bar
Click “All Coin Bezels”
If you know the name and denomination of your coin click on the “Coin” filter and select your coin and denomination.
If you don’t know the name of your coin but know the diameter of your coin click the “Coin diameter” filter and select the diameter of your coin.
Choose the design of your liking and your budget and add the coin bezel to your shopping cart, check out and receive your coin bezel shortly.

What kind of coin bezel should I get - prong style or screw top?

If you want the highest security level for your coin, we suggest going with a prong style bezel. Our 4 prong bezels will hold your coin extremely secure. The disadvantage of a prong style bezel is that you must decide which side of your coin you would like to show.

I ordered the wrong size bezel for my coin – what to do?

No problem. You can exchange your bezel for the correct size. If the bezel you exchange is less expensive than the one which you initially ordered, you will be refunded the remaining balance. If the exchange bezel is more expensive than your initial purchase, we will contact you for the payment of the price difference. 

My coin does not fit into the bezel – What should I do?

Our coin bezels are made with tight tolerances. Make sure that the coin is completely inserted into the shoe of the bezel. Most of the time this will fix the issue. If not, please contact us and we will gladly help to find a fitting bezel.

Are the coin bezels made of solid gold?

Our coin bezels are crafted from either 14k or 10k gold. We do not offer gold plated coin bezels.

The only part that is gold plated is the screw that goes into the screw top bezel. A 14k / 10k gold screw would be too soft, therefore we use a gold-plated steel screw.

Does magnetic jewelry help with (a specific ailment or condition)?

We do not make any health claims whatsoever with regards to any of our products. Magnetic jewelry is not intended to diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat any condition, ailment, illness or disease, and we will not provide any medical or health advice. Magnetic jewelry is just that - jewelry with embedded magnets. It does nothing beyond look beautiful, as far as we are concerned.

What is Gauss?

Gauss is a measure of magnetic strength. The higher the number, the higher the magnetic strength.

What is the difference between magnetic bracelets and  Qray bracelets?

Magnetic bracelets are, as the name implies, magnetic. The Qray bracelets are not, except one style. Some people prefer one instead of the other; it really boils down to personal preference. Because we offer a no-hassle, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for both products, you are welcome to try either one.

How does the sizing for magnetic bracelets and anklets work?

For most magnetic link bracelets and anklets, we offer custom sizing. Use the options on the product page to select the size that you want your bracelet or anklet to be. 
Sometimes, due to link size, it is impossible to obtain the desired size exactly, and providing exact measurements helps our jewelers out tremendously in determining whether "that last link" should be added (or removed). If you want to ensure that your magnetic bracelet or anklet will fit well, let us know your wrist or ankle circumference by writing us a message in the “Special Instructions” field during the checkout process.

How do I measure my wrist or ankle circumference?

The most accurate way is to use a flexible tape measure. Measure right around your wrist or ankle bone. If you do not have a flexible tape measure, you can also use a piece of string, piece of paper, or any flexible material: simply wrap the material around your wrist or ankle bone, make a note of where it has wrapped around it, and then put the material next to a ruler. You now have your wrist or ankle circumference (size). If you want to order a link style bracelet, we recommend to add ½ inch to the measurement for a comfortable fit. If you want to order a cuff style bracelet, use the measured size without adding the extra ½ inch.

Should magnetic products be tight against my skin?

This is completely up to personal preference. Some people prefer to have their magnetic jewelry a little tighter, some like it if there's a little bit of room for the product to move. Either way, as long as the product stays on without problems, it looks beautiful and achieves its purpose.

Can I get my magnetic jewelry wet?

To get years of enjoyment and therapy from your magnetic products, you should remove them before showering, bathing, or swimming. When washing your hands, please make sure you dry the inside of the bracelet. Chlorine or salt water may damage the epoxy coating of the magnets, so water can seep through and cause the magnets to rust. Do not use any sort of jewelry cleaning machine.

To clean your magnetic product, wash it by hand in a mild soap solution, then simply rinse and dry carefully with a soft cloth. Solid copper cuffs can be cleaned and polished with any copper cleaner.

For all jewelry with a magnetic clasp, do not pull apart when removing - instead, gently slide it off. This way, damage to the magnetic jewelry item will be avoided.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship via the United States Postal Service.

Will I have to pay duties/customs fees/taxes?

If your order ships outside the United States, you are responsible for any duties or customs fees that may be assessed. You are also responsible for knowing your country's import policies, and must be aware of any restrictions or prohibited items. We are not responsible for any items seized by governmental or customs officials.


How can I track my order?

If you provided us with an email address when you placed your order, an email with tracking information will be sent to you automatically at the time of shipment. Within this email is a link that you can click to see the shipping status of your order.  Please be sure to check your email filter settings and any junk/spam folders, to ensure that you will be able to receive and read our emails.

How do I exchange the item I ordered for a different item?

If the product you have received is not the right size or model, or if you would like to exchange your product for a different item, you may certainly do so. Simply send the product back to us in its original packaging and let us know what you would like to do.

We are asking a flat shipping fee of $4.50 for US orders, and $8.95 for international orders for each exchange package. If you would like us to re-size a magnetic link style bracelet we are asking $5 per item resized.

Price differences:

If the price for the exchange product is less than you originally paid, we will issue credit to the original payment method used.
If the price for the exchange product is higher, we will contact you for the payment of the price difference.

What do I do if I need my bracelet or anklet re-sized?

If your link bracelet or anklet does not fit you comfortably and you would like us to resize it, we will gladly do so. Please follow the instructions above (for exchanging an item) and be sure to note on your packing slip what size you need.
Please note that, in addition to the reshipping fee of  $4.50 (USA)/$8.95 (international), a resizing fee of $5.00 per item will be assessed.

How do I return an item and receive a refund?

If you would like to return your product for refund, please return it within 30 days of receipt, along with a copy of your packing slip, and a note stating that you wish to return the product. The product must be returned in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. 

You will receive full refund less any shipping costs paid at the time of placing your order, which are non-refundable. Refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

Unless noted otherwise, supplements and other perishable items cannot be returned once opened. Personal items, personalized items, including, but not limited to body wraps, insoles engraved items and, or once-usable items, cannot be returned.

Please be aware that for all exchanges or returns, we require the item to be mailed in a padded envelope or box and insured, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that may be lost or damaged during transit.

No, WellnessMarketer/Schweikert Marketing USA Inc., will never share your personal information with any third parties, unless necessary for order fulfillment (in which case only your address is forwarded to a warehouse operated by a third party) or instructed to do so by the government.
