CURRENCY

All funds are in US Dollar. Foreign currency pricing is provided for informational purposes, and the complete accuracy of these foreign currency prices cannot be guaranteed (they are updated daily by a third party).

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Your order is usually processed within 2 business days and then shipped via your chosen US Postal Service shipping method. Items that have to be sized by our jewelers may take additional processing time. We reserve the right to refuse shipping of products without providing a reason. In such cases, we will reimburse the amount that was charged. We are not responsible for shipping damages and lost goods. International orders may be shipped without the original retail box. Customers are responsible for additional charges by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX due to incorrect or mis-spelled addresses.

Orders of $300+ will be shipped to the billing address only. If you would like your order of $300+ shipped to an address other than your billing address, please contact your credit card company and let them know that you would like to add an alternate or authorized address before placing the order.  Exception: Orders of $300+ that have been paid for with PayPal and have a confirmed shipping address.  Any order of $300+ needs an adult signature.

Due to the infeasible burden that the GDPR puts on small businesses like ours, as of April 15, 2018, we do not ship or market to any individual located in a country belonging to the European Union. If you are a visitor located in one of these countries, you are hereby advised to leave the site IMMEDIATELY. We cannot do business with you!

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

RETURNS FOR REFUND:

If you would like to return your product for refund, please return it within 30 days of receipt, along with a copy of your packing slip, and a note stating that you wish to return the product. The product must be returned in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. 

You will receive full refund less any shipping costs paid at the time of placing your order, which are non-refundable.  Refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned.

Please note: All exchanges or returns should be mailed in a padded envelope or box, and should be insured since we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.

EXCHANGE / RESIZE / REPAIR:

Exchanges: If the product you have received is not the right size or model, or if you would like to exchange your product for a different item, you may certainly do so. Simply send the product back to us in its original packaging and let us know what you would like to do.

We are asking a flat shipping fee of $4.50 for US orders, and $12.95 for international orders for each exchange package. If you would like us to re-size a magnetic link style bracelet we are asking $5 per item resized.

Price differences:

If the price for the exchange product is less than you originally paid, we will issue credit to the original payment method used.
If the price for the exchange product is higher, we will send you an invoice via PayPal for the price difference.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express cards. In addition, we accept payments via PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Your credit card or other payment method will be charged immediately once the order has been placed. 

STORE CREDIT
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

ORDER PLACEMENT
Your order is usually processed within one business day and then shipped via your chosen US Postal Service shipping method. 

BACKORDERS
Items on backorder will be shipped separately. Should products be on backorder for more than five days you will be notified by email.

DISCOUNT CODES
Any discount codes provided on WellnessMarketer.com are for retail customers only. Discount codes cannot be used with sale items.

IMPORT
Please know your country's import policy. We are not responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties, etc.

UNDER AGE
If you are under 18 years of age and wish to purchase products, please have your parents or guardians do so. Any purchase or attempted purchase by someone under 18 years of age will be considered fraudulent and we will not be held liable.

PRODUCT REVIEWS
We encourage customers to write honest reviews of the products they have purchased. We reserve the right to deny or remove reviews if they are found to be in violation of applicable laws and or industry rules or guidelines.

EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION / UNSUBSCRIBE
When you make a purchase from us, you will automatically receive emails containing offers and specials. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can find the unsubscribe option at the bottom of every email you receive.
