| EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND POLICY |
Exchanges: If the product you have received is not the right size or model, or if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your product to a different model, you may certainly do so. Simply send back the product and let us know what you would like to do. Please note that a $3.75 flat shipping fee is assessed for each exchange package that is sent out, in addition to any applicable upsizing fees or other price differences. For resizing of link jewelry we charge $2.50 per item resized. Tip: Link bracelets can easily be re-sized for a nominal fee by a local jeweler or watch repair center.
For safety reasons food / supplement products cannot be exchanged.
Returns: If you would like to return your product for refund, and your product is covered by a money-back guarantee, please return the product within the given timeframe, along with a note stating that you wish to return the product. All items returned must be in new condition, with all original packaging. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. Shipping costs and 15% non-refundable credit card and handling charges are deducted from the credit amount. Unless noted otherwise, supplements and other perishable items cannot be returned once opened, unless the product was received in damaged or expired condition. All Vaxa products are backed by a 30-day guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the bottles for a full product refund, less shipping fees. Personal items or once-usable items cannot be returned, including, but not limited to, mattress pads, Buff headwear, and toxin test kits (unless they have never been opened or used). |
| ORDER PLACEMENT |
| Your order is usually shipped within 2 business days after it is received. Orders canceled by the customer after the credit card has been processed will be charged a 5% fee to cover associated non-refundable merchant fees. Should a customer refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decide to return an order that has been processed and shipped, the customer still assumes full return liability and costs of 10% (this includes all applicable return freight charges, as well as restocking fees in addition to the 5% merchant fees stated above). |
| BACKORDERS |
| Items on backorder will be shipped separately. Should products be on backorder for more than 5 days we will notify you by email. |
| PAYMENT |
| We accept Visa, Master, Discover and American Express cards, as well as cashier's checks and money orders. Your credit card will be charged once the order has been received, unless the majority of your order is on back order. If this is the case, you will be charged at the time of shipment of these products. |
