| REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY |
If the product you have received is not the right size or model, or if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your product to a different model, you may certainly do so. Simply send back the product and let us know what you would like to do. Please note that a $3.75 flat shipping fee is assessed for each exchange package that is sent out, in addition to any applicable upsizing fees or other price differences.
Tip: Link bracelets can easily be re-sized for a nominal fee by a local jeweler or watch repair center.
If you would like to return your product for refund, and your product is covered by a money-back guarantee, you may send back the product within the given timeframe, along with a note stating you wish to return the product. The product must be returned in the original condition it was received in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Shipping costs and 10% non-refundable credit card and handling charges are deducted from the credit amount. We are not responsible for shipping damages and lost goods. For safety reasons food / supplement products cannot be exchanged.

| ORDER PLACEMENT |
| Your order is usually shipped within 24 business hours after it is received. Orders cancelled by the customer after the credit card has been processed will be charged a 5% fee to cover associated non-refundable merchant fees. Should a customer refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decide to return an order that has been processed and shipped, the customer still assumes full return liability and costs of 10% (this includes all applicable return freight charges, as well as restocking fees in addition to the 5% merchant fees stated above). |
| BACK ORDERS |
| Items on back order will be shipped separately. Should products be on back order for more than 5 days we will notify you by email. |
| PAYMENT |
| We accept Visa, Master, Discover and American Express cards, as well as personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Your credit card will be charged once the order has been received, unless the majority of your order is on back order. If this is the case, you will be charged at the time of shipment of these products. |
