RETURNS
If you wish to return your product for a refund, please ensure that:
- The return is made within 30 days of receipt.
- You include a copy of your packing slip.
- You enclose a note indicating your intention to return the product.
Additionally, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It should be returned in its original condition as received.
- All original packaging must be included.
- There should be no signs of wear on the product.
Once we’ve received and processed your return, a refund will be issued to the payment method used to place the order. Refunds typically reflect within 3-5 business days, though this can vary based on bank processing times. You will receive a full refund, minus any shipping costs that were paid at the time of placing your order, as those shipping costs are non-refundable.
For US customers only: We make returns simple and hassle-free by providing a prepaid return shipping label for just $12.95. The cost of insurance will be added based on the value of your product, ensuring your return is protected every step of the way. Please note that the $12.95 fee, along with the applicable insurance cost, will be deducted from your refund amount. Price differences:
If the price for the exchange product is less than you originally paid, we will issue credit to the original payment method used.
If the price for the exchange product is higher, we will send you an invoice via PayPal for the price difference.
