About MAP

Most people, especially athletes, the elderly, women, dieters, and children, do not meet their dietary protein requirement for optimum health. This leads to premature aging, injury, illness, and slowed recovery.

MAP is used by the body to make protein many times better than any other food or protein supplement*. 120 tablets per bottle

MAP's patented formula will result in:

  • optimized muscle mass
  • optimized muscle strength
  • optimized muscle endurance
  • provide a faster and more
    efficient recovery after physical activity

Body Protein Synthesis/ minute

* MAP BPS/min is 99% NNU/ 23 min. By comparison the most nutritious dietary proteins and protein supplements have BPS/min of 16-32% NNU/180-360 min. This means that the BPS/min of dietary proteins and protein supplements is 24 to 96 times lower compared to MAP.

MAP Master Amino Acid Pattern - U.S. Patent No. 5,132,113

Q: What is MAP?

A: MAP is a dietary protein substitute that contains the MAP Master Amino Acid Pattern® (U.S. Patent No. 5,132,113) a unique pattern of essential amino acids in a highly purified, free, crystalline form.

Q: What are essential amino acids?

A: Essential Amino Acids are nutrients that are indispensable for human life because they cannot be synthesized within the human body, therefore, they must be supplied through the diet.

Q: Are amino acids from animal or vegetable source?

A: Amino acids cannot be classified as either animal or vegetable. They are, simply, natural compounds.

Q: What is the daily recommended dosage of MAP for an athlete to get the best results in the shortest time?

A: Even though individual dosage may vary according to nutritional status, age, gender, and the intensity and frequency of physical activity, the average suggested daily dosage should be:

For the professional athlete: 10 tablets of MAP, 30 minutes before training, in conjunction with the daily requirement of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. And an additional 10 tablets of MAP to be taken 30 minutes before the next meal (lunch or dinner).

Q: It has been said that during an athletic performance the use of MAP may optimize muscle mass, strength and endurance, and may minimize the muscle recovery period after physical activity, is that true for everybody?

A: Yes. Whether, you are 15 or 75 years old, an amateur or a professional athlete, you may experience positive results related to your muscle mass, strength and endurance. The results may vary, of course, according to your age, gender, health status, and the intensity and frequency of your workout.

Q: Is MAP a natural product?

A: Yes, MAP is a natural product.

Q: How long does it take to digest MAP?

A: MAP is digested within 23 minutes from its ingestion.

Q: Does MAP have any drug or food interaction?

A: No. MAP does not have any drug or food interaction. However, before taking MAP or other dietary supplements consult your physician.

Q: May protein supplements be taken with MAP?

A: No. Protein supplements should not be taken in conjunction with MAP. This may prevent:

- a lowering of BPS/min;

- an increase in the nitrogen catabolites; and

- an overloading of digestive functions

Q: How long do you have to use MAP to be able to feel or measure positive results?

A: Results may vary. However, you may be able to feel or measure an increase in muscle endurance after the first or second time using MAP (in the suggested dosage). Meanwhile, you may be able to measure an increase in muscle strength after the first or second week using MAP (in the suggested dosage). Later on, by using MAP, during physical activity, you may be experiencing, week after week, an increase in muscle mass, strength and endurance, joined with a shortened recovery period after physical activity. Eventually you may realize that this dramatic improvement is not the result of a "psychological effect" but has indeed been caused by a natural physiological effect.
