Extended Holiday Guarantee
Our extended holiday guarantee is now in place. The terms are incredibly simple: If your purchase is a gift for the Holiday season, then an extended guarantee applies for refunds and exchanges. More specifically, items can be returned or exchanged until February 1, 2020! Items returned must be in like-new condition in order for the extended guarantee to apply.
All funds are in US Dollar. Foreign currency pricing is provided for informational purposes, and the complete accuracy of these foreign currency prices cannot be guaranteed (they are updated daily by a third party).
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Your order is usually processed within 2 business days and then shipped via your chosen US Postal Service shipping method. Items that have to be sized by our jewelers may take additional processing time. We reserve the right to deny shipment of products without providing a reason. We are not responsible for shipping damages and lost goods. International orders may be shipped without the original retail box.
Due to the infeasible burden that the GDPR puts on small businesses like ours, as of April 15, 2018, we do not ship or market to any individual located in a country belonging to the European Union. If you are a visitor located in one of these countries, you are hereby advised to leave the site IMMEDIATELY. We cannot do business with you!
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Please note: All exchanges or returns should be mailed in a padded envelope or box, and should be insured since we are not responsible for any items lost during transit.
Exchanges: If the product you have received is not the right size or model, or if you would like to exchange your product for a different one, you may certainly do so. Simply send back the product and let us know what you would like to do. Please note that a $4.50 (USA) / $8.95 (international) flat shipping fee is assessed for each exchange package that is sent out, in addition to any applicable sizing fees or other price differences. For resizing of link jewelry we charge $5 per item resized.
Returns: If you would like to return your product for refund, please return it within 30 days of receipt, along with a copy of your packing slip, and a note stating that you wish to return the product. The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products are not eligible for refund. You will receive 100% of the product cost as credit. Credit will be issued to the original payment method used. Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable. Items that were shipped out via our free shipping method will be charged a flat shipping fee of $4.50 (USA) / $8.95 (international}. Unless noted otherwise, supplements and other perishable items cannot be returned once opened. Orders canceled by the customer after the credit card has been processed will be charged a 5% fee to cover associated non-refundable merchant fees. Should a customer refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decide to return an order that has been processed and shipped, the customer still assumes full return liability and costs of 10% (this includes all applicable return freight charges, as well as restocking fees in addition to the 5% merchant fees stated above).
