Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all jewelry orders within the United States.

For international orders, free shipping is available for jewelry purchases totaling over $65.

We ship with the U.S. Postal Service and offer optional UPS shipping for eligible products and destinations. Preparation time varies by item and availability. Check the product’s “Ships within” message and select “When will this arrive?” for estimated delivery dates. Choosing a faster shipping service does not shorten production, made-to-order, backorder, or other preparation time. International delivery times may vary because of customs processing.

Optional UPS Shipping

For eligible products, UPS 2nd Day Air is available for $22.45 and UPS Next Day Air for $51.65. These options are available only to street addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and Washington, D.C. They are not available for P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please choose an available postal shipping option for those destinations.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Please check the product page for its “Ships within” estimate. UPS 2nd Day Air takes 2 business days after shipment; UPS Next Day Air takes 1 business day after shipment. Selecting UPS does not shorten production, made-to-order, backorder, or other processing time.

The shipping cutoff is 3 p.m. Eastern Time on business days. In-stock items ordered before the cutoff can ship that business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed starting the next business day. Made-to-order and backordered items ship when ready. Business days exclude weekends and holidays; carrier service disruptions can affect delivery.
