RETURNS
If you wish to return your product for a refund, please ensure that:
- The return is made within 30 days of receipt.
- You include a copy of your packing slip.
- You enclose a note indicating your intention to return the product.
Additionally, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It should be returned in its original condition as received.
- All original packaging must be included.
- There should be no signs of wear on the product.
Once we’ve received and processed your return, a refund will be issued to the payment method used to place the order. Refunds typically reflect within 3-5 business days, though this can vary based on bank processing times. You will receive a full refund, minus any shipping costs that were paid at the time of placing your order, as those shipping costs are non-refundable.
For U.S. customers, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for $12.95. Insurance is added for orders of US$200 or more, based on the value of the returned item. The $12.95 label fee and any applicable insurance cost are deducted from your refund.
Personalized, custom made or engraved items cannot be returned.
