If you wish to return your product for a refund, please ensure that:

The return is made within 70 days of receipt.
You include a copy of your packing slip.
You enclose a note indicating your intention to return the product.

Additionally, the product must meet the following conditions:

It should be returned in its original condition as received.
All original packaging must be included.
There should be no signs of wear on the product.

You will receive a full refund, minus any shipping costs that were paid at the time of placing your order, as those shipping costs are non-refundable.

For US customers only: When returning an item, we can provide a return label for your convenience. However, it's important to note that $12.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of the return label. If you have any further questions or need assistance with the return process, feel free to ask!
