Extended Holiday Guarantee
Our extended holiday guarantee is now in place. The terms are incredibly simple: If your purchase is a gift for the Holiday season, then an extended guarantee applies for refunds and exchanges. More specifically, items can be returned or exchanged until February 1, 2020! Items returned must be in like-new condition in order for the extended guarantee to apply.
Need it by December 25th? Below are the ordering deadlines:
Within the USA (excluding Alaska + Hawaii)
If you order using "FREE SHIPPING" - you need to order by December 17th, 12 PM EST
If you order using "Priority Mail" - you need to order by December 18th, 12 PM EST
Alaska + Hawaii
First-Class Mail® Service - you need to order by December 15th, 12 PM EST
Priority Mail® Service - you need to order by December 16th, 12 PM EST
Please note that we cannot 100% guarantee delivery on international parcels, because customs can delay parcels at random, and for no reason. We find that about 98% of parcels are delivered within estimated timeframes, so there is a very good chance that your order will arrive in time if ordered by the dates below.
